How do I place an order?

Choose your product/products and click BUY! Payment is secure through the payment gateway "Stripe". If you prefer to pay via a BACS payment or cheque, this is fine too. Please select the 'Manual Payment' option at the checkout and follow the instructions. 

We also accept purchase orders. These can be emailed to us. 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free of charge and included in the purchase price for Mainland UK. Shipping can be arranged outside of Mainland UK. Please contact us to enquire.

Can I click and collect?

You can collect your product from Worksop, Nottinghamshire. For this service, please choose 'Collection' when placing your order.

When will I receive my order?

All items are made to order. We aim to dispatch within 4-6 weeks after receiving your order. Please be patient during busy periods where dispatch can be up to 8 weeks. If you need the product for a set date, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate this. You will receive a notification when you order is dispatched.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders are mainly delivered by courier service with one driver.  Assistance will be required at the point of delivery for the larger items. An additional delivery driver can be added on request. This is a chargeable service. Items are delivered fully assembled unless otherwise requested. In some case, partial assmebly will be required. 

Smaller items may be posted. 

Do you offer bespoke equipment?

If you have an idea for a bespoke product, please share this with us using our contact box. We are happy to make changes to any existing product, such as making them larger, smaller, changing the colourway, or the configuration. We are also flexible when creating products that go beyond our existing product line.

How do I make a return/request a refund?

The production of your product begins after you have placed an order. After placing your order, you only have 48 hours to cancel for a refund. Returns will not be accepted unless the product is faulty.

If this is the case, we will work with you to rectify this. Furthermore, all products are quality checked before posting, and therefore, we do not accept liability for any items damaged during transit. MooAngel does not affect liability for defects related to the care guidance.
